A Szaki Software Company operator will make a request to pick up the issued license.
The amount initially paid by the customer will be reimbursed, within 14 calendar days at most from the cancellation of the license issued by Szaki Software Company.
In the case of physical licenses, the transport fees related to the return will be withheld from this amount. The transport costs will be paid in full by the customer.
The return is accepted only if the return request is registered within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the package.
RETURNS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS DELIVERED ELECTRONICALLY
According to the provisions of GEO 34/2014, article 16, letter m (supply of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium), products delivered electronically (via e-mail, website or any electronic communication channel) are exempt from the right of return ).
The product key is unique. Once you have activated it on a PC, that key can no longer be used by anyone else. For this reason, product keys can NOT be returned.
All digital products sold by us have a guarantee, so we accept the return of products that are not functional.
Some products may be non-functional due to an error in the transmission of product keys. Example: mistakenly deleting a character from the product key, making it incomplete or sending a key from a different product than the one ordered.
According to the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts: "The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is renouncing the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 days of receiving his product, in the case of the provision of services, from the conclusion of the contract".
If you want to return the purchased products, we guarantee the return period provided by law, namely 14 days from receiving the product, PROVIDED THAT THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN USED / ACTIVATED in the case of products that contain an activation license. In the case of other products delivered in physical format, the product must be returned in the box in which it was received, without signs of wear or tear, in order to be put up for resale. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold part of the amount for bringing the product into compliance.
For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within no more than 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
The amount refunded following the return for the physical products will be the value of the products themselves if they were returned in their original packaging, as they were received, so that they can be put up for resale. If the original packaging is torn, scratched or with missing elements, an amount from the value of the product can be retained to bring it into compliance. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The delivery cost of the return will be borne by the customer, depending on the chosen courier and the agreement he has with him.
